617 instead of 6514

I am trying to do Hall meas of the highly resistive samples using 6221,two 617, 7012 scanner card in 7001, 2182A nano voltmeter, and - 6485. My resistance of four probe Hall bar, Longitudinal in order of 10E6 Ohm and trying to measure the voltage across the transverse direction. The expected Hall voltage in the order of microvolts ( around 100uV, for typical resistor)
In the application note 6514 used instead of 617, and the circuit connected is as in the app note"high impedance semiconductor resistivity and Hall effect test configurations". Couple of problems
1)The electrometers shows about 50.xx V on each of the 617, and the difference of two electromter ( shown by 2182A) is not exactly matching,
2)we have Labview code for the measurements, and thinking to use Delta mode by connecting the 6221 and 2182A, but dont know it will work or need to modify the labview program.
Of course the 6221 is in the guard mode.
Any suggestions by Keithley experts? Expecting answers ASAP.

The Model 617 most sensitive voltage range is 100mV.
And 100uV is only 10 counts on that range.
Not a lot of resolution to play with.
Can you test each Model 617 without connecting to your sample?
Simple try to measure some small voltage with each 617. See if they operation properly and can make the measurement.
Then if they can, connect a "square" resistor instead of your sample.
A square resistor is four resistors in a square with each line of the square being a resistor. Each of the four resistors are of the same magnitude.
Then test the system with the "square" resistor.
Try to make the "square" resistor about same resistance you expect from your sample.
See if this works.
Take a look at this video.
It is using the 7065 card instead of the 7012 card. But you will get the idea.
