Can KUSB 3116 measure the current (I) of DUT?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
i have one KUSB 3116, Please kindly help that can I perform a current (I) measure and voltage (V) mearsure and plot IV graph by KUSB 3116 and quickDAQ? If can do it, Please show me how to measure current of DUT!!

Hello Huy,

I suspect the KUSB-3116 will not perform what you have asked.

It sounds like you would like to generate an I-V curve for your device. To generate an I-V curve, you need to be able to apply a stimulus and measure the response. If applying voltage stimulus, measure current response; if applying current stimulus, measure voltage response. Keithley SourceMeter products are very well suited for this.

The KUSB-3116 can measure voltage. It cannot measure current directly.
