Yes, the best solution is to use true differential probes. It is generally not good practice to connect your measured signal's ground to earth (chassis) ground.

If your TPS2014 has the bandwidth you need, but you need 4 isolated channels, you can consider the TPS2024B. The TPS2024B has four isolated channels.

Yes, differential probes will do the trick. Althouhg those don't provide true isolation, just a high impedance in between grounds

If the application need is for a complete galvanic isolation, look at the new Tektronix IsoVu™ probes. They use optical communications and power-over-fiber for complete galvanic isolation. See URL: http://www.tek.com/isolated-measurement-systems
