TDS5034B repair

I've reinstalled my TDS5034B oscilloscope's OS. The Tekscope software and drivers are also have been installed.
The problem is I see no signal in Tekscope application. I've tried the Default setup and Autoset, still no signal.
What could cause such a problem? Is it possible the problem is the matter of drivers? Are there any tests available to identify that's wrong?

Did you use the original Tektronix OS restore disks that came with the instrument to restore the OS?

Yes, I used the restore disk. Otherwise it would be impossible to install TekScope software, I guess.

Try running SPC (signal path compensation) if you have not already preformed this operation.

Does it pass the internal diagnostics? (From the menu bar, click Utilities and then select Instrument Diagnostics.)

If you have McAfee virus s/w installed try: Go to Start->Programs->MacAfee and select the menu item "Virus Console". 2. Highlight the Buffer Overflow Protection item in the console and right click and select 'Disable'.3. Reboot the instrument and the waveforms will now be visible.

After launching TekScope encounters couple of errors. #1 Failed to read SPC calibration file. #2 Power up diagnostic detected a problem. Screenshots are attached.

Running diagnostics does not provide sufficient information (screenshot #4). May be there are any log files for detailed information?

There is no MacAfee software installed.

In the screen image #4, it shows a acquisition failure with error 372. There is an issue with the acquisition board which will need replacement.

Support of the TDS5034B is in "best effort" support as it was discontinued in 2011.

If you would like to have your unit evaluated for repair, you can submit a request for service on Tek.com under the "Services & Support" tab and then click on "Repair Services" or call 1-800-835-9200 prompt 2.

This is the hardware issue, isn't it?

Is there any chance of the error 372 to be caused by corrupted drivers/software? Maybe due to some software mistakes, the acquisition board could not communicate properly with other devices.

Are there any ways to check it out?

Error 372 points to a hardware issue on the acquisition board. S/W and/or drivers cannot fix that. The acquisition board needs replacement.
