My much loved Tektronix AM700 (Audio Measurement Set) has recently developed a software fault.
The AM700 passes all the low level diagnostic tests but during the start of the high level tests
it claims it cannot find a file “ACQINFC.96K” and the boot sequence hangs.
Tektronix & web searches have proved futile.
I suspect the flash memory module may have become corrupted.
The service manual makes mention that the firmware can be reloaded via three floppy disks.
Does anyone know where I can obtain these files or information on the fault?
My software is:
EEprom Firmware Date Code Release 94-Sep-01
Flash Boot Firmware Date Code Release 94-Sep-01
Main Firmware Date Code 95-Feb-15
I have AM700 in working condition:

Can I anything do for you?
