RSA6100A Load Table 2, Table 3 correction file from PC

Post by richjohnson » January 11th, 2018, 8:38 am

This command only loads to Ext Loss Table 1. If the command is set to EDIT2 (Table 2) or EDIT3 (Table 3), the command loads Loss Table 1 as if EDIT1 is the command.

MMEMory:CALibration:LOAD:CORRection:EXTernal:EDIT<x> (No Query Form).

Not a show stopper but I want to confirm this operation.

OK, this command loads a Table 1, 2 or 3 csv correction file located on the RSA HD drive. So my title needs to be corrected to "correction file from RSA".

I also noticed, if I use the RSA GUI Correction File Editor and load a correction to Table 2 or Table 3, a subsequent MMEM:CAL:LOAD:CORR:EXT:EDIT2or3 "filename" SCPI command is sent it works. Otherwise loading to Table 2 or Table 3 only load Table 1 correction file.

Hi Rich,

Nice work interpolating the behavior of this command. It does indeed load a file from the RSA's hard drive, and does require a filename argument.

Can you clarify your final point about using the table loss editor in the RSA GUI? I'm unclear on what the observation was.
