Integrated graphics card ID

Post by dw16jhu » September 22nd, 2022, 7:01 am

We have a refurbished Keithley 4200-SCS (not A) and need an ID on the graphics card. It is my understanding that this in not proprietary hardware, but I'm having a hard time finding any information - regarding the individual hardware components. The majority of the components have asset numbers, but not serial numbers. Any help would be much appreciated!

The graphics card is part of the single board computer.
Are you trying to do your own Windows install from your own media? You might get Windows going, but unlikely to get the 4200 working. It’s an OEM Windows build.
Our service center can advise if a replacement HDD with proper build for your SN can be generated. Depends on the vintage particulars of your system.
I suggest you contact service to discuss options.
