Wrong Current Reading

Post by chakenou » July 11th, 2017, 8:23 am

I am measuring the breakdown voltage of transistors. My current reading suddenly goes from 10 nA to 10^37A. The device is good, I think the problem has to do with the way data are been read. I am using the 2657A. Any advice?
