We are using keithley 3706A system switch/multimeter for resistance measurement and need to measure resistance values from 120 channels at a time.Is it possible in Keithley Kickstart software to measure resistance from 120 channels at a time?If not which software can we use with Keithley 3706A?

In your previous posts, you have indicated that you have the model 3723 switch card. This card will provide no more than 60 two-wire channels.
Thank you for the reply for my previous post.
But my question is about whether we can log the data from 120 channels at the same time using Kickstart software?
> Yes. KickStart Data Logger app channels are determined by the cards that are installed in the model 3706A.
Is there any way i can get a sampling rate of 1 sample/100 milliseconds in the software?
> Yes. NPLC can be configured in KickStart Data Logger app Settings for each channel group.
Can you please explain me in detail how i can obtain a sampling rate of 1 sample/100 milliseconds/120 channels using keithley 3706(3723 card) for four wire measurement?
1)Do i need to adjust NPLC?If so what is the best NPLC setting?
2)Do i need to keep autozero,autorange,autodelay off?
I tried with different NPLC settings from 0.0005 to 10.0, I am getting around 112 samples/seconds irrespective of different NPLC settings.I am planning to buy the kickstart software if i know i can get the above measurement settings. It would be very helpful if you can help me with this.
