2281S Battery simulation

Post by TBone_ » October 15th, 2020, 7:34 am

Hi All,
I'm just starting with Keithley 2281S Battery Tester/Simulator.
As I saw the battery data sheets and the models on the forum the ESR values are above 10 Ohms and the spec of the device tells that the simulated ESR range is 0 to 10 Ohms.
I don't understand how to use these models if the device can't really simulate them. Or, am I wrong?
Thanks,
T

FYI: there are some more models for various batteries posted to GitHub.

Some of those models, Li Ion one in particular, calls for low values of ESR.
