I just got a used 2015 THD DMM.
I was wondering if it basically is a 2000 with a THD addon.
The reason is that there isn't much info or forum entries for the 2015 , and i was wondering if i could also use the info from the 2000 forum.
It's doing burn in test right now , using a Geller 10v reference.
And is actially closer to the 10v (9.99992v) than my Agilent 34401a (9.99978v)

The Model 2015 has he THD function and that separates it from the Model 2000.
So all other functions can be used as a Model 2000.
Thank you for the ansver.
I'll have a look in the 2000' forum.
I have goofed in my Geller Reference measurements (by connecting 3 meters at the same time to the reference).
I got an advice from Joe geller, about only conecting one instrument at the time ...
And the Keithley hit the magic number (- further down) ....

The 2015 is spot on , and my 34401A is 7 ppm off.
Not bad for a Volt-nut beginner (hobbyist)
