The issue is that with 2-wires i get good results, but all the leads series resistance are included, which is a problem.
With 4-wires, I get strange jumps along the curve.
However, if I activate the highC mode, this problem disappears with 4-wires, but for low voltages, the I-V curve is very modified.
I guess this is probably due to cell capacitance, but I'm not sure.
Also, I tested with a 60 ohm resistor in series, with 4-wire and no highC mode, and the problem also disappeared
In highC mode, I changed the compliance limit along the curve, to ensure best accuracy, since the range will follow the limit.
Without highC, I’m using autorange and autodelay. All measurements were performed with a NPLC = 1.
Does someone know what is going on?
I'm sending attached the curves.
