IV curve of reference solar cell

I am having a bit of trouble running the tests on the SCS-4200.
The graphs I am receiving look like the one attached. Attached are also some parameters of the test. This is the default solar cell test, "fwd-ivsweep". What would be the cause this behavior? Even if I were to probe the solar cell with opposite terminals, I would still get the same graph. The open circuit voltage is zero according to the datasheet.

I would start by testing the solar cell with a DMM for

1. Open circuit voltage under full sunlight

2. Short circuit current under full sunlight

Use the DMM INPUT HI and INPUT LO for the open circuit voltage test.

Use the DMM AMPS input and INPUT LO for the short circuit current test.

Perform those tests and post the results here for some further advice.

Just checking, is there any chance that your graph is set to display the absolute value? Because that's going to make that V-shape instead of a line. Try checking "graph settings".
