TEST LEADS FOR KEITHLEY 333O LCZ METER

Post by bose77 » July 21st, 2011, 6:31 am

Hello,

We are a research group based in Indian Institute of science, Bangalore.
We use a KEITHLEY 333O LCZ METER (40 Hz - 100 kHz) for characterizing the dielectric properties of thin film samples.

The test lead (KEITHLEY 3325A, 42V DC MAX) supplied with the same instrument has developed some problems recently,
leading to noisy and erratic data. This is probably bcoz one of the micro soldering in the box, from where the crocodile clips come out has become loose.

We would like to know if this test lead can be repaired ?? If repair is not possible, we would like to procure new test leads compatible with KEITHLEY 333O LCZ METER (similar to KEITHLEY 3325A).

Plz let us know which test leads can be used with KEITHLEY 333O LCZ METER if KEITHLEY 3325A test leads are not available anymore.

We do not sell the 3325A anymore or repair this test lead fixture. We have no replacements at this time. However, just by searching on Google I did find that there may be some used units out there and there was even a company that appears to repair the 3325A. I've not used this company or heard of anyone that has so this is not an endorsement of their services nor are they in any way affiliated with Keithley, but the link below just provides one example of an avenue you may pursue to repair or purchase leads for your 3330.
