Keithley 2636B Timestamps synchronization

Post by rohanakg » May 14th, 2020, 11:17 pm

I am currently using Keithley 2636B with LabVIEW to measure IV characteristics of a FET. SMU A sweeps source-drain voltage and measure current while SMU B sweeps gate and measure current. I used the trigger model to communicate two SMUs.I need to measure the current with time and plot I vs time. However, the timestamps of the two channels show two different times. Whatever the measurement delay of SMU B, the timestamps values of SMU B does not change. I attached both timestamps data of measurement delay at 2s. How can I get measurements of both SMUs at the same time?
