High Contact Resistance Issues with CNT Thin Film

Post by jcline922 » August 1st, 2012, 3:24 pm

I am having an issue finding a material to contact a thin film of Carbon Nanotubes. I need to find a good contact material that will not cause a very high contact resistance. I am currently having an issue measuring the resistance of a CNT device because of the high contact resistance, and I need to solve this problem. If anyone has any experience in this area, or has any ideas, the help would be appreciated.

The Model 8009 resistivity chamber has some conductive rubber pads on the top and bottom electrodes.
Maybe this will help?
The Keithley part numbers are 8009-307 and 8009-308.
The manufacaturer is Jabar (Jabar part number 5514).
