How to get data in Sweep Mode?

Post by vaibhavinegi » July 1st, 2015, 6:09 am

I am using 6221 and 2182A.
I am using RS-232 serial bus to communicate.
Kindly tell me how to get data from this setup for a Current-Voltage(IV measurement).
Sweep is working fine but I am unable to save data in computer.
If possible a demo program will be very helpful which can to save 100 points.

Are you using a PC client to send commands or are you running a script controlled by C++/Python/Visual Basic?
