Hello,
I have seen that using 7001 model along with 7011-C quad is recommended for 4 probe configuration.
Could someone elaborate on this configuration and the possibilities?
I have the 7001 main frame and the 7011-C card. The last should be connected to an external micro voltmeter.

4 Wire resistance and 7000 switches
Re: 4 Wire resistance and 7000 switches
Hello,
I guess you want to multiplex one current source and one voltmeter to several 4-point collinear probes.
One 7011-C card is enough to do so as you can use parts of the cards separately ('banks');
e.g. use bank A to multiplex the current source and bank B to multiplex the voltmeter between your probes.
The 7011-C card offer even further flexibility, so e.g. for van der Pauw setups
current source HI, current source LO, voltmeter HI and voltmeter LO could be all switched on individual banks.
