A 2612A is configured to perform a current gain measurement on an PNP transistor.
Channel A sources a negative 500µs current pulse. The pulse level, starting at -600µA is increased to -850µA in 1µA steps. The interval between 1µA steps is 100ms. The source changing amplitude is displayed on the bottom left on the SrcA field.
Channel B sources -10V to the collector with the compliance level set to -150mA. How can the pulsed collector current be displayed during this operation?
i would appreciate your feedback and suggestions.

Try this command: display.smub.measure.func = display.MEASURE_DCAMPS
