usb stick not recognized

hi.
from time to time the 7510 does not recognize the USB stick even though it is in place. it happens with several sticks. firmware version 1.5.3d.
please advise.

correction, firmware version is 1.6.3d

Is it FAT32 or NTFS?

We are not currently aware of any FAT32 issues at this time, are the different USB drives used all from the same manufacturer?

My usb 3.0 Transcend JetFlash 760 TS32GJF760 32 Гб stick is also not recognized.

File system NTFS.

The USB drive file system needs to be FAT32 formatted.
Please reformat the drive and retest for compatibility.

The lack of support for NTFS in my opinion is not very convenient. I have to keep a separate USB flash drive with FAT to work with the device.

This flash drive works great with other devices. For example Tehtroniks MSO4104B.
