2410 firmware

How could I get the latest firmware file for a 2410 model?

Thank you. I've got this file but when i run it and after follow the installation process a window opens and ask me to look for a file called FLASH, wich i can not find it. I am using a KUSB 488A interface and the equipment displays ready to accept the firmware.

This FLASH.X is a Mot S-Record (2400*X) type.
