Hello,
I want to measure the current using 6487 Keithley sweeping the voltage from -10V to 10 V and back from 10V to -10V in multiple loops.
How can I edit the program in Keithley 6487?
Regards,
Diana

Re: how to sweep from -10V to +10V and back from +10V to -10V
Chapter 6 in the Reference Manual discusses sweeps and provides some SCPI commands.
If you cannot tolerate the source going back to zero in between the forward and the reverse sweep, you may need to instead implement a loop of single point source values.
